Reverse split will be a non issue if the goal is to get shareholder value back to past levels. If the stock gets back to .02 to .10 levels the structure will not matter.

My opinion has not changed and people picking up shares in the trips have an option that doesn’t expire. If Taug does a good M&A in the beginning of 2018 it should be a winner for everyone, even you. :)
