MOTION for Extension of Time until 11/22/17 to file Response to Motion for Attorney's Fees by Calmare Therapeutics Incorporated, Competitive Technologies, Inc. (McDonough, S.)

221

Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Victor A. Bolden: Status Conference held on 11/16/2017. The Court will grant the pending motion to withdraw. Based on the representations of the CEO of Competitive Technologies, Inc. (CTI), the Court expects new counsel for CTI to appear by November 22, 2017. If, however, new counsel does not appear by 11/22/17, Mr. Block will still be permitted to withdraw from the case, and CTI is on notice that CTI will need to find replacement counsel. Total Time: 0 hours and 10 minutes"

Looks like CTTC is having a hard time finding a lawyer willing to work for CTTC stock. I suspect THAT'S why Block and Katz withdrew.
