O.K. i'll bite ..as you are intelligent enough to realize that was a "rhetorical " WE and in no way implies that i would ever consider changing one word or one thought that i have ever posted on this board..WE are discussing an empty symbol representing the rotting corpse of a failed company that has not existed for eight years.
having re stated that and having read everything i could about the demise of this company I AM TOTALLY UNSURE IF THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THIS COMPANY WERE TREATED FAIRLY BY THAN MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY DURING THE PERIOD 2005 TO 2010. everything management did seems to have been by the book and legal ( shareholder consent etc etc) and management was put in place by the directors that shareholders elected and had authority to make business decisions , but i can not conclusively state that shareholders were treated fairly or legally .
management incinerated shareholders with an obnoxious 1 for 20,000 reverse split and than sold patents ( which i would never done had i been running this company ) and than funded the company with the most obnoxious series of death spiral instruments i have ever seen.. management at all points in time must have known if they even had average intelligence that these instruments would only make money for the bottom feeding hedge funds who participated in the fundings pay their bloated salaries and would totally destroy shareholder value
having said that (which in no way contradicts anything i have ever posted ) it is obnoxious, immoral and financial pornography to continuously attempt to pump and promote the price of a totally dead symbol..
other posters who are smarter than me have proved conclusively that RMTD DID INDEED SELL ALL PATENTS IN 2005 AND 2006 ...i have posted the last 10Q and 10K which prove that the company owned NO PATENTS while they still were hanging on to existence ..YET FOLKS CONTINUOUSLY POST ...RMTD=PATENTS which is an outright LIE..
i and other posters have posted e mails and letters from management of RMTD in 2010 which state that ALL ASSETS OF THE COMPANY HAD BEEN SEIZED VISA FORECLOSURE ....YET FOLKS RESPOND TO THAT WITH "FAKE E MAILS and other total garbage..
i and other posters have posted S.E.C FILINGS WHICH CONCLUSIVELY PROVE THAT THE FULLY DILUTED SHARES ARE ABOVE TWO HUNDRED BILLION but that has been met with garbage posts that claim the management lied in their S.E.C FILINGS ( serious jail time for lying in an S.E.C FILING )
NO ONE has ever posted one fact that shows that this company still exists...no names of management ,no address , no phone number, but folks still post.. $$$$$RMTD$$$$ NEW DUE DILIGENCE WEEEEEE TICK TICK TICK TOCK and other outright NONSENSE WITHOUT ANY VERIFIABLE SHRED OF EVIDENCE...having said all of this.....
if i had been a shareholder during the potential "class period (2005-2010 ) "i would long ago have contacted a securities attorney and the S.E.C
IT MIGHT BE WAY TOO LATE but just re posting the same nonsense on this board will not get redress if the shareholders were screwed by management from 2005 to 2010..if it might get you a recovery get serious ad attempt to do something constructive ..posting SARBANES-OXLEY 18 times a day is not serious.not constructive and will get you NOTHING
