I would say that 1.9b shares may have been traded. I don't think 1.9 were bought and held.

Based on that, the assumption is flawed.

If one looks at the SS, to have bought that many shares would have locked up all shares and we would not be at this price point.

Os razor only holds true with accurate info, and what I stated was no taken into consideration in your analysis.


I think we are at this PPS because people know the acquisition/merger is coming and are willing to support this price.

People that sold on the last filing were just looking for a quick flip, IMO.
