My gut feeling on the benefits to Mr. Boogaloo Are:

Stolen assets for his private company Allseas.

And he is still trying to steal the $2.8M in receivables owed Box once Box ceases to exist.

Mr. Boogaloo thought he would be able to convert all the preferred shares to common and basicly claim 99% of the receivables due to dilution where he would own most of the shares.

Mr. Chu and the shareholders stopped the rape.......thank you Mr. Chu!
