Cash Round Up!! Please read last 10Q carefully!! Shareholders could help company greatly if you know of groups or high net worth individuals with at very minimum 1-2 million.
There are various private placements that can be arranged. Brokered, Non Brokered, 506b's and 506c's etc
I know just a little about these, just enough to fake it lol, but far from an expert. But I Jim Sims is highly capable in this area!! So please forward names and contact info to Jim if you have any leads!!!
Maybe the company is about to announce a big short term capital deal, but maybe they need the help?!
