AS I said this morning, the smart investor knows that this was nothing but a shift of debt that is going to drain the company for the next five years. The only thing this bump did was allow the noteholders, including Dominion, to dump shares at a higher price. For Dominion, that just means more funding of the D&O's bonuses. Good luck, but this turned red in one day for a reason - there is no faith in the company.
