I haven't gone back to look at these bylaws on this issue as once again, it doesn't matter to me. But there is no requirement by law that a director own stock. That much I am reasonably certain of.

If you want to show the law that requires such, please do, and I'll admit to being wrong on that point.

If it's in this corporation's bylaws then that is an individual corporation's requirement and again, then I would agree that the requirement must be met for McCusker to be a director.

But otherwise, no requirement to own stock.

And again, unless you can show one of the two requirements above, your original absolute statement is incorrect.

It's a nice discussion and I'm interested in your response but will have to check on it later as it's Friday and 5 o'clock somewhere..
