Walter here's how I got the $15 share price. Currently 205 million outstanding shares. Based on 13 years in business banking with one of the largest institutions in the USA.
Financing will most likely occur in stages. The whole project will have "Commitments for the entire 1billion,
But funding will occur in stages."
Example: the first 12-18 months will consist of: dewatering, and building infrastructure, water pipeline, infrastructures to and from site, that gas line, improvements to roads adjacent to resource site etc.
let's say 200 million for first phase.
130 in loans 70 million in shares.
Shares could be anywhere from say
50cents to 1$? With 70-140 million shares? But share price could also be 1-1.50? Point is the equity portion will also be in stages. At 1$ 70 million obviously is about 70million shares not including warrants. But the stock price should rise considerably as funding is announced. At $5 share 70 million in cash is only 14 million shares. So way fewer shares will be needed. At $10 only 7 million shares etc!!
When all is said and done I believe the EBITDA NUMBER WILL BE BETWEEN 400-550 million, because I believe the ALL IN scandium price will be much higher than $3650kg.
So let's say there is 500 million outstanding shares? And I KNOW MANAGEMENT wants less than that,
But it's a fluid situation outside their control. Now for round numbers.
500million EBITDA and 500 million outstanding shares is a $1 EBITDA per share. With a price/EBITDA ratio of 15 a fair average of the S&P 500
15 x $1= $15 share price. Now some industries trade at multiples of 30!!
Which could yield a $30 share price!!
And once scandium is in the news and once people begin to understand it's incredible value!! There could even be a "momentum accelerator " to the multiple!! Yielding higher multiples in the stocks evaluation.
Then dividend announcements, further resource assessment, etc etc
Like I said I could put out a report worthy of charging for it on Niocorp!! I hope all this makes sense!
