PPS "Projections" of 0.02-0.03 cents Is Realistic

OMHE doesn't deserve a PE of 40. Let's try like 13 or so.

OMHE was projected to generate $6 mil last year. Ended up with $4.6 mil; which is shy $1.4 Mil.

OMHE claims that CelebC* will generate "conservative $2 Mil" from 5 shelves from a single pharmacy store in the ghetto of FL.

MCIG made a similar "conservative $2 mil" for Cannabiz, and instead they generated approx. $250k last quarter, about 50% of the productivity expected.

So, let's add $1 mil; which I think is very generous for CelebC* to $4.6 mil......and you get only $5.6 mil for the upcoming year - NOT anything close to the $10 mil.

Based on an unaudited financial, their gross profit margin is higher than expected.

That being said, after calculations are made with realistic numbers:

PPS is probably more like 0.02-0.03 cents realistically, and if a PE of 40 is used....about 0.06-0.07 cents for pps.

Except OMHE still has to prove they can actually generate $$ instead of spending $6 mil on insiders for faux "research"

From Les, the same person who projected $80 mil in revenues. that's right, $80 mil......rflmao. Guess Les' has downgraded the stock?

Their June 13th PR announced that Omni is projecting revenues of $10 million for the current fiscal year. Two million will come from Celeb Cream. If we assume the other $8 million comes from the pharmacy operation, which had a profit margin of roughly 10% and that Celeb Cream can attain a 20% margin...

10% x $8,000,000 = $800,000

20% x $2,000,000 = $400,000

Total Earnings = $1,200,000

$1,200,000 / 975,828,741 outstanding shares = $.00123 earnings/share (EPS)

If we use a PE ratio of 40x (the average PE of Nasdaq stocks is currently 56) this translates to 40 x $.00123 = $.0492 pps

However, once the restructuring announced on 4/3/17 is completed...

$1,200,000 / 368,938,292 outstanding shares = $.00325 EPS

40 x $.00325 = $.13 pps

By this relatively conservative calculation, Omni is worth either roughly $.05 or $.13 per share depending on the share structure.
