Like I said, I assume people on here read the links posted, at least those who want to be informed.
I would think a PR that said no dilution occurred, that noteholders are shareholders who rolled over till 2019 would be of importance to someone who has been crying dilution for months, for the entire quarter actually since last 10-Q. More importantly that they are selling MRMD stock to fund operations, a key argument that has been going on for months, finally has an answer.

Go figure.
