I said clearly in message the PR and the 10-Q. Go back and read the actual message. You saw what you wanted to see.
You are the one who said it was in the 10-Q, never said 10-Q said the sale of the MRMD stock is to fund operations.
I said the 10-Q stated they sold stock.
PR stated they sold to fund operations. You are the one who said the company did not state it, so had to establish how a press release works.
