Hi Rstevens,.....your points are all good ones and I for the most part share your sentiments. That said, this small $5-$10mil cap raise is not all bad.

If it were at $2 or $2.50 then I would say "mostly bad" but since it will be $3 or higher then not so bad. Consider $3.50....at that price the PS will be roughly 3. That is not exactly giving the shares away for free nor is it ripping off the buyers. It seems a decent deal for all involved and gets the market cap well over $50mil and gives the company a ton of options with respect to optimizing/accelerating growth. And at 3.50, one can argue that the EV/ebitda is right up there. Of course what none of this factors in is forward performance...so my hope is that 1 year from now those 3.50 shares look really cheap.

My gut feel is that VirTra does have their eyes on someone and we will not have to wait very long to find out who and how big and how accretive and all that stuff. I believe the new BOD guy Richardson when paired with Ferris make for a very savvy duo with respect to growing the company in the smartest and fastest way possible. I think they are open to some really BIG potential deals, perhaps doubling or tripling the size of the company overnight. Again, just gut feel and I pray they know what they are doing if they do buy something. Scares the ships out of me.
