Not going to happen! EHOS CHOSE to de-register with the SEC in December 2016, thus no longer files any of the normal SEC investor reports.

Interestingly, the EHOS de-registration occurred on exactly the same day as KGET (Calipharms), which is run by the infamous "pinkie" ripoff artist, Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton. Also interesting, Bryan Wayne Geer, who was the EHOS CEO at the time of the de-registration, sits on the BOD of KGET. Bobo and Geer are long-time pals, living about 2 miles apart in Canyon Lake. Geer apparently resigned his EHOS CEO position, but remains on the EHOS Board.
