Nothing that was in MEDX pipeline of mabs and other items had been FDA-approved at the time BMY/MEDX began clinical trials in melanoma with Dr. Jedd Wolchok of MSKCC leading the way as P.I. in 2002. Nothing that I recall had been FDA-approved by June-August in 2010 either, altho what became Yervoy and Opdivo[MEDX had exclusive license for all but Japan from ONO] were in late stage clinical trials by then. "fair value" was a problem then too--GS was very careful in reciting what it had NOT been asked to include in its "fair valuation" analysis letter to CEOs and BODS of BMY and MEDX.
