Thanks North. At least in the BMY and MEDX case the partnership had already been public knowledge for approx. 5 years and PPS reflected this partnership prior to the offer. The offer ended up being approx. 90% above what it had been trading at prior to the offer.

Lets hope that if it goes that route, the offer includes fair compensation for Libigel and the CEGE legacy products. Especially if the partnership and discoveries are never made public.
