The problem is that the whole bio sector has turned toxic over last 3 years and small bio's with low cash on hand have taken the worst hit....So a small company that has a market cap of 200 million will not be bought out at an off the charts premium anymore....It just does not happen anymore due to the sector turning toxic and shorts possibly driven by BP driving price and market cap down of small bio's...So in a nutshell if you get bought out by a BP in nowadays which has become rare also because according to Bloomberg Financial M&A's have fallen off a cliff.....So if you get 3x the market cap that is good compared to 3 to 5 years ago where you were seeing some 5 10x or more...Those days are gone!!!!
