Just got off the phone with my broker (Qtrade, in Canada). We discussed the dividends. Both the rep on the phone and the transfer department have no record or any indication of the dividends, either from when they were first issued and recently.

They have never dealt with Pacific Stock Transfer as well so I have reached out to them to get some information because my broker did have some concerns on how they will transfer these dividends into my account since NSAV is a non-dtc security. They provided a form for the transfer agents over at Pacific to transfer over the dividends directly but remain concerned on how this will be done given the status of NSAV.

They did confirm that it is typical for them to have on record once the distribution is processed by the companies transfer agent, but in this case they don't see anything at all. They found it odd.

They also confirmed that the transfers shouldn't take more than 10 days. So....I dont know what to make of this.

I'll update based on what I hear from Pacific.
