Let me "attempt" my positive spin....IF I was the one/s to take over if that's what happening then I would also have asked JF to be 100% quiet so I/we could get as many shares @ 0001/0002/0003 to hold the majority of shares and potentially buy back by restructuring . Just a thought... $$$LVGI$$$$
