Just filed a new FINRA complaint. I believe they are in charge of OTC companies:

In my opinion, GCEI is a total scam on shareholders and I am SURE the insiders/founders are selling their massive holdings to unsuspecting shareholders.

There is not a single press release in the last 3 years that has materialized and they have paid promoters in chat rooms pumping there stocks.

Canada has already suspended trading in the stock and warned that this could be a pump'n'dump.

One of the founders and major shareholders has already been convicted of shareholder fraud and sat 4 years in jail.

I urge you to investigate this company and I can provide substantial info if someone calls me.
