Misinformation I have seen on WDDD on this board-

Bungie will cross appeal.
Bungie did not cross appeal because no validity or material value to existing claims.
BUngie will use 101.
The price of WDDD stock reached .05 on July 26th in an effort to make drop of price more dramatic.
S&G will walk away from existing agreement and not represent WDDD in district court.
Dilution is the only way for WDDD to reconcile
