Correct....UNGS gets no equity...only a vehicle for Wayne to operate another scam.

These preferred shares are control, not equity shares.

What I want to know is what Wayne bought them with. On Nov 10, UNGS had no shares left.

I love Carrots. But that is just my opinion. Like all of my posts are just my opinion. As in "MY OPINION ONLY".
