The principle on the notes is very small and may well be nearly paid off now. The derivative liability is the large number. However, I'm not sure that is particularly meaningful - it apparently is a very complicated calculation and I think tries to take into account the share price - it MAY be that if the notes are paid off the entire liability disappears. I have reached out to some people for clarity but so far nobody seems to know the answers, and I'm not an accountant. BUT, I have seen those liability numbers fluctuate WILDLY from quarter to quarter - from large negatives to huge gains....
