Agree with your outlook here wrinkles. Never say never but almost zero chance $20 comes in my opinion. $15 will be a struggle. Now if the weather all of the sudden changes and there are blizzards across the country then well MAYBE. think $15 at high end is a good thought as you said. Good luck to all!
