I did some quick research on Acaro...solid history of taking over shells...people get excited...start buying it up...then reverse split and increases share count, diluting investor value, old manaagement or new take over, however, who is really making out here...its a hype, pump, split lose deal. Unless your timing and dumping on the pump, be careful.
