Ah you're right, I was researching several companies at once and I think I got the share price mixed up with another that's under $3. FTE would meet that requirement. And you're right about the annual reports. I don't know where I was looking but I do remember they seemed to be missing from a list I was going through on their website. I just looked under a different section and found them, and found they were audited. So I apologize for the misinformation.

They need to do something to get more tangible assets though. Or quickly lower liabilities. Which they could do by issuing more stock, but we would all hate that.
