No speculation required. You disappeared for a couple of days and missed out on the explanation.

A POS AM falls under the general subject of registration statements but what it really stands for is a "Post-effective amendment to a registration statement".
In this case instead of reporting the registration and issuance of shares it was used to DE-register the shares in the 20 million share S-1 statement that had yet to be issued and terminate that S-1. So no more common can be issued for a dime (or any other price) under that S-1.
