I'm not sure what they're doing here but they took out over 15 million last year with a ton of Warrants as well as this loan which doesn't look like there's any light till 2020. Not sure what they're thinking they need to do some serious PR to get this thing floating. The only people that make out on this deal are the financers and the warrant holders. can't believe what they're doing someone correct me if I'm wrong.
