This commentary from Gary Wagner seems to be about as clueless as most of the technical commentary for 2017 on where the gold price is headed. Yes, Gary we know it will either go higher or lower, so we can figure that out by ourselves without a chart.

What happened to the technicals regarding a significant breakout higher or lower for gold that was supposed to have happened a month or so ago? I suppose it never happened.
