The one thing that they do have is a niche in the market with their unique patents for some company to acquisition them the thing going against them is all the convertible debt and dilution they have...that's a lot for someone to take on, a lot of companies want a somewhat clean balance sheet before they take over an existing company..... but like you said you never know
