So an offshore broker has to follow exact rules trading US stocks? They would also have to follow the pattern day trader rule if it was an offshore account? Before I was able to meet the required 25k I got around a lot of these “rules”... maybe it was meant offshore brokers “should” follow rules but don’t “always” follow them?
