You got the point, the under table news from my friend in China said: Some buyers want to buy the CIGS patent from US. If them purchase the company with the price $1 US dollar per share and who will be the winner? I think that may be the reason why Kong do the dilution some much this year. I bought 15 millions shares for this unconfirmed news. God bless us.
