Might read my message again. It said you can find in tne PR and 10-Q. Everything i quoted, was legit.
PR, that gets released by company. They send the info to their pr company, they then release it. Thay is how that works. I know i have put out press releases.
The other quote, directly from newest 10-q. If you need me to copy paste whole 10-q and bold the wuote i will, but you mentioned using control-f.
10-q says they sold shares of Worlds Online Inc (aka now Marimed stock ticker MRMD). In the PR company says they sold shares, and will do so to fund operations. Again.
Critical thinking, logic, reasoning are all great tools to use.
Seriously, do you need me to post where Worlds Online Inc became Marimed too?
