Any lawsuits by former partners or contractors should be ignored as litigation is part of doing business, any business.
Why would anyone on the Campbell County Commission vote against granting the bonds which costs them nothing, creates up to 120 jobs, turns a lemon (the Two Elks site) into lemonade, and might be key in revitalizing the WY coal industry? I'm sure those county officials already have big plans for those tax dollars and are not ready to kiss their raises goodbye. IMHO, it'll take more than this to derail our coal train.
