Yes, they are going to try a new brand name. There goes the notion down the toilet that they have done good preparatory work introducing the name Rocky Mountain High to the public.

So it's virtually a brand new outfit only it's saddled with a hugely bloated capital structure that most new startups aren't weighed down with.
