Today didn't suck.
Should be noted, that during yesterday's CC, there was a remark that no additional dilution would be forthcoming given the precipitous drop in share price. That eliminates "External Growth" peg in the below exhibit. That's maybe $100M in expected future revenues eliminated with it.
