Imeson was accused, not convicted, of violating anti-fraud laws more than 30 years ago.
He also served 3 months in jail for criminal contempt for violating an injunction 22 years ago.
That doesn't exactly qualify him as a hardened criminal. Lucky for us he's not seeking bonds in the Pacific Northwest where any excuse would be used to nip this in the bud. Considering how bad Gillette and Campbell County want this new venture to be successful, I expect the bonds will be issued without delay.
