No divi for JPS if purchased after NWS- lead JPS crash.

It looks judgment for Perry case is forthcoming. If you have purchased JPS before NWS then you get the dividend and par value after 3R. If you purchased after NWS then dividend, you get par value after 3R.
Therefore common has more upside than JPS purchased after NWS.
