V Group Distributing
Balance Sheet Unaudited
As of September 30, 2017
And this is how it works. VGID buys Roadkill from FBHC at a certain price (Distributor price) and resells (or distributes it) it to store customers. So, the revenue is the sales of that product by the distributorship. If they sold Lays Potato chips, the distributorship would generate revenue from those sales, even though they are not a VGID product. All distributors and retail outlets generate revenue from products that are not their own. I hope that clears that up for you.
In turn, FHBC derives revenue for selling Roadkill to the VGID distributorship. VGID and Fernhill are two separate companies and Fernhill owns the Roadkill brand.
WE MUST ALL REALIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOPE & EXPECTAION BASED ON GIVEN FACTS.
