Yeah, markets are definitely skittish. As i posted today over at SavvyTrades board:

Fear-Greed Index finally dipped under the mid-point 50 yesterday to 49. Today? It's all the way down to 36! That's down from 98 or 99 just several weeks ago.

Junk bonds (see HYG), one of the 7 main components of that Fear-Greed Index, sold off hard recently, but rebounded up sharply today, yet that Fear index is still way down....

One of the nice things about PIOE right now is that it is not on any major index so if the market drops, there's no direct reason for PIOE to drop either....
