I think with 76% institutional owners if the buyout price will not be fair we will see another offer later because the big boys don't sell their stakes for a penny. They have hundreds of analysts in their offices.
Hence I will not sell immediately.
This company have enormous potential and one mounth before or later isn't important.
For example look at Free Cash Flow 22,906(2016) 15,081(2015) 20,913(2014) -5,675(2013) -429(2012).
I like companies that grow year over year with clear strategy.
