Always happy to help in any way I can. Just an FYI for you in case I'm not around to ask it myself. But anyone suggesting some type of miracle here needs to be asked one simple question.

Ask if they might be familiar with CHAPTER 76 - STATE BUSINESS REGISTRATION for the State Of Nevada. If not, (and yes of course I have the link). Tell them they may want to contact the Nevada Secretary of State and Ask About it.
