1. JB&ZJMY planned on using the OEM Production model from the beginning. ZJMY uses other existing vehicle manufacturers to produce the "shells", i.e. the EV bodies and chassis, and ZJMY provides the battery, electric motor and electrical components. This was a main key in the Wuhu Huaba EV Company's business plan, whom ZJMY owns a 70% stake in.

This is a different factory from the ZJMY Guangxi High-Speed factory with the projected $2.25 billion annual output.

3. The Guigang city-ZJMY High-Speed EV factory with projected sales of 2.25 billion annually is a different factory from the Guangxi Long Star 150,000 EV factory listed above.

4. Kawei Group is possibly another OEM for ZJMY to produce the High-Speed EV bodies and frames. We have seen the pictures before as shown in this post below. We know the EVs have Z logo graphics as would be permissible for promotional purposes if ZJMY has a standing partnership/deal with Kawei Group. We saw the exact same thing with Long Star before the partnership fully developed.
