Okay, then where is the list of EPA Certified HAWTs? There isn't one! Are you really so far in denial that you can't comprehend there is no such thing as an EPA Certification?

As far as the REAL certification from the Small Wind Certification Council, how do you explain that Sauer Energy has never even APPLIED as can be PROVEN from this link you can click on right now:
