$AMDA I don't know how all of this will work out. I do know that myself as well as others I know are black and blue from this ticker. We've been through 2 r/s but we believe in the tech. There are plenty of red flags here but the letter from BDO spoke volumes. A letter like theirs can trigger a SEC inquiry. Research will show cases of such. In addition, I have seen many instances when an accounting firm resigns and another takes their place. What I found unusual here is that the new accounting firm is retained for a specified length of time; until the end of this fiscal year. My last buyout was NTS. Whales got it just as it was becoming cash flow positive. I sincerely hope that happens here. Sonny, if you don't have this company sold then drop some bombshell positive news on us. We need it!
