To an extent I understand his position.

He doesn't buy the story that Brian Howe was essentially lied to and manipulated by the current controlling interests in EVUS.

If that's true, then his conclusions make a sort of sense; abandon the previous shell after it becomes unusable, create a new holding company to contain the actual assets, and begin selling shares again.

What he can't seem to explain is the apparent profitable operation of multiple subsidiaries year after year and the lack of significant dilution after money was generated to acquire the charging network.

However, I welcome his thoughts.
