Got any proof?... This location has been hyped for months, long before they had any cash.

... and it was started before they announced the closing of the Donut deal. Would you open a franchise BEFORE you have the rights to it?

What are the TERMS of this franchising agreement?

Wheres the Paul Mitchell deal that he said would close weeks ago? Wheres the MJ news?

Its a pump and dump... IMO all of these BS acquisitions are used to entice people to buy the dilution, which he can then use to live off of.

He has mislead too many times to be taken seriously, hence the stock price.
