Hey swamp, for cleaning brushes this stuff is very, very good:

You soak brushes overnight and ten year old paint comes right of them. It happens to be non-toxic, but I get it because it works.

For foam, I get it right away with lacquer thinner. I actually clean the tube and pour a little down in it and tape the end, then leave the can upright. The can of foam stays useable for a few weeks.
