Seems highly unlikely considering the difference between appg and alrt. Does he have information that would suggest something much bigger happening here than anyone could know? I mean that 100m volume out of nowhere was definitely intriguing but 23 cents sounds like someone needs to be committed. I like the connection to Midwest Bank that I found but its not .23 worth of information.
