Not sure I'm understanding things here.

They own a boatload of shares of this other biotech company?

Have they or will they be selling some in open market, or are there restrictions, or something else?

Seems like should be way above 0001, given this asset they have.

The OS is bad, if/when a run comes, it'll be hard to move up much, no?
